1) Overview

Welcome to Frontline PNW (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter binding agreements.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and accept that we may refuse/cancel orders or suspend accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance.

3) Research-Use Only

All products sold by Frontline PNW are strictly for laboratory and research use only.

Products are NOT for: human or animal consumption, injection, inhalation, transdermal use, recreational drug use, clinical or diagnostic use, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, or medical devices.

You are solely responsible for handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with MSDS/COA guidance, laws, and safety standards.

Nothing on this Site is FDA-approved or evaluated by any regulatory authority.

4) Ordering, Pricing & Availability

Product listings, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

While we strive for accuracy, errors (price, availability, specs) may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or correct such orders and will notify you if so.

Lot-to-lot variations within normal tolerances may occur. COAs/contaminant reports are issued per lot and reflect values for that lot only.

5) Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party processors. We do not store your full payment card information.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, and fees are your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks will be challenged. Accounts may be suspended during investigations.

6) Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship as promptly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. We recommend purchasing insurance when available.

Accurate shipping information is your responsibility. We are not liable for delays, losses, or fees due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

International buyers: You are responsible for all import permits, duties/taxes, and compliance with local regulations. We are not liable for customs delays, holds, seizures, or destruction.

7) Inspection & Acceptance

Inspect your order upon delivery.

Report shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 2 business days of receipt, including photos and order details.

After that period, the order is considered accepted.

8) Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once purchase is complete.

9) Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

We warrant that products will conform to our stated specifications for the lot at the time of shipment.

Your sole remedy for breach of warranty is, at our option, replacement or refund of the affected product.

Except for the above, all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontline PNW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or use).

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontline PNW, its owners, and affiliates from claims arising out of your handling, storage, use, resale, or breach of these Terms.

11) Promotions

Discounts and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We may change or discontinue promotions without notice.

12) Site Use, Content & Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, COAs) is the property of Frontline PNW or its licensors, protected under law.

You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract content without written consent.

Any user reviews or submissions must be lawful and non-infringing. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use them on the Site.

13) Compliance, Resale & Export

You are responsible for complying with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding purchase, possession, research use, resale, transport, and disposal.

Products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive venue for disputes shall be in the state or federal courts of Skagit County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Small-claims actions may be filed where allowed by law.

15) Changes, Severability & Assignment

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our written consent.
