1. Intended Use — Research Only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

Not for human or animal consumption.

Not for injection, inhalation, transdermal application, compounding, clinical or diagnostic use.

Not for use in medical devices, cosmetics, or food/drug applications.

NOT FOR HUMAN USE.

No medical or therapeutic claims are made, nor are products intended for clinical use.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this site.

3. Qualified Handling

Products must be handled only by trained professionals in properly equipped and controlled laboratory facilities.

No license or patent rights are granted or implied by listing products.

Buyer acknowledges inherent hazards and agrees to use appropriate PPE, engineering controls, and standard operating procedures.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Conducting independent due diligence regarding hazards, safe storage, and disposal.

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations (local, state, federal, and international).

Ensuring acquisition, possession, and use are lawful for your organization and jurisdiction.

5. Product Testing & Compliance

Products are not for commercial manufacture of foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.

Buyer is solely responsible for any testing, verification, or compliance required for research protocols.

Nothing on this site is FDA-approved; you agree not to represent otherwise.

6. TSCA & Regulatory Status

Unless otherwise noted, products may not be listed on the TSCA inventory. Buyer is responsible for determining TSCA applicability and any pre-manufacture or reporting requirements prior to non-exempt use.

7. Resale / Relabeling

Products are not intended for resale.

If you repackage, relabel, or incorporate products into other materials, you assume all responsibility for regulatory compliance and accuracy of specifications you represent.

8. Export Controls

Some products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and sanctions.

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer products in violation of applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as-is” and at your own risk.

Frontline PNW disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Frontline PNW, its owners, and affiliates from any claims arising from handling or use of products.

10. Orders, Returns & Refusals

Frontline PNW may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order it deems non-compliant.

Due to the research-grade nature of our products:

Opened chemicals are not returnable.

Unopened returns may be evaluated at our discretion, subject to safety and chain-of-custody review.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue: state or federal courts located in Skagit County, Washington.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall still apply (severability).

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Frontline PNW, you represent and warrant that:

You are a qualified researcher purchasing for lawful research use only.

You are at least 18 years of age.

You have read and understood the hazards of the products.

You accept full responsibility and all terms outlined above.
